Caller: Amazon Prime A poorly recorded message said that I needed to renew my membership of Amazon Prime and to press various buttons if I wished to speak to a customer service person. This is obviously a scam. We've never been subscribed to Amazon Prime. I hung up immediately. According to Google there have been similar scams in the UK.
