Paraphrased:
"Third and final chance to fix form. Provided a link."
That message was sent to me at 2:49 in the morning.

No idea what it could have been talking about, but after seeing this number reported here, I blocked the contact and deleted the message.
Never tap links on messages from numbers you don't know. In fact, just don't tap links on text messages period.

SMS “Your item has been stopped at our depot. Please resolve this issue...”. I have no outstanding deliveries and see numerous other people here labelling as scam. Deleted unopened and blocked.

SMS about JB purchase in 2020 that put me in the draw and won a gift... my names not listed in JBs winners for 2020 so must be scam
