Caller: Joe - Barry Plant Real-estate Missed call - no message left. Caller sent SMS a short while later. Real estate marketing call. Joe from Barry Plant real estate telling me about a property on the market for sale. Appears to be genuine as I have attended open houses with Barry Plant recently and you need to give your details on entering the properties. I did not give him my number though, but it would be in the system.

This number claims to be from Ray White Real Estate, but sounded very unprofessional. A person called Joe (no surname given which was a red flag) said they were doing appraisals, no pressure etc. They could be new at the job, hence the lack of phone skills, or they could be running a scam. Be wary.
