I called it back and was disconnected

Tried to call back and said number was disconnected. Assume it's a scam.

Caller: Guy with foreign accent

Said he was from Greenworld Services, calling about a government solar rebate. He was polite until he asked if I was a homeowner. I said I rent and he hung up. I googled Green World Services and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with solar panels. Scam?

Something about solar. Rang me yesterday on a different number. Scam.

I called back number 0466 797 680 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
