Asked for identity details to verify who I am. I refused and advised that they should write a note on my file that AGL are to call (I am having issues with AGL). The caller (Zack) tried to get my details and I insisted that he could write a note on the file saying the caller refused to confirm identity and insisted AGL should call.
He was not pleased but said he would do it.

Legitimate call - not a scam. They are a debt collection agency ringing, in our instance, on behalf of AGL regarding a debt owed by one of my clients to AGL. They were able to provide correct detailed information to me about the debt and the company - have been hassling my client about this debt for a while. Now for a really serious talk with my client.

they have called a couple of times and asked me to confirm identity, address and date of birth saying they are calling on behalf of AGL I refused and they told me to pursue it further with AGL when I said I would call AGL to check. I know I don't owe any money to AGL

Debt collector calling on behalf of AGL. Have been recieving calls since December 2018. Overdue invoice sent to us is dated as March 2019. Invoice is not valid. Complete scam.

She claimed to be AGL, however AGL confirmed Recovery Corp isn't affiliated.
This call came after a call from another number 1300 307 497 demanding immediate visa payment on behalf of AGl for an overdue payment.
Scam.

Thought to check 0466 569 706 is 'Recoveries Corp' via their site.
My virus/security software alerted: "Website blocked due to a Trojan", so I did not open. Block this number. #0466 560 706
