call was a recorded message asking me to confirm my full name by pressing 1 if correct or 2 if not correct, I just hung up.

Scam call, purporting to be from the Bank of Queensland claiming account is in overdraft, when no account was overdrawn as confirmed by BOQ branch manager. This scam call number has been reported to the Bank of Queensland fraud team.
