I had the same message from this number, and also did not click the link. Only thing I recently signed up to (in the past 2 days) was MyGov, so i'm uncertain as to whether it is spam generated off of this, or a random number generator. Either way, seeing as I don't want sunglasses, I deleted and blocked the number. I wouldn't suggest clicking the link.
