Someone from this number called me today and I'm glad I didn't call back after reading all these comments.

call received, sounded like a good quality automated recorded message. not sure if this app closed off the call but it ended quickly

It sounds like an automatic message "hi it's Catherine from one rate how are you today" I was half asleep and replied hello and the call was disconnected. Def some kind of telemarketing

Rate One Home Loans was what Catherine said to me and she hung up on me when I told her I didn't have a home loan. There are no Rate One Home Loans that I can find on the internet, only One Rate but it certainly wasn't them as I called and spoke with them.....

I just received an unsolicited call from them where they put me on hold immediately and when she came onto the line, she said it is "Catherine from One Rate" and they can help me with my home loan, she asked if I had a home loan and when I said I didn't she hung up on me...... extremely rude!

Have a miss call this morning. Lucky I read all the comments before calling back.

This number called me today, she wanted to tell me how I could save on my home loan - when I told her that I didn't have a home loan (truth) she hung up on me mid sentence - how rude! Tried to call back to complain and the number is disconnected - how many complaints until this disreputable sales tactic is stopped?

Rang me today and I missed the call so when I rang back the number was disconnected I don't understand how they can ring us but when we call back we can't get through to them 😡

Answered a call from this number. I was put on hold for around 2mins (they called me, yet put me on hold). I stayed on the line only to unleash on them. A lady finally came on and said "Hi, it's Vera from 'One Ray', how are you today?", and before I could say one word, she hung up!
Three minutes of my life I'll never get back.
