Scam, saying I had won some thing, eaving a link for me to follow. scary thing was it knew my name

Received a text from this number saying I had paid 1900 to a PayPal account for an electrical company. I hadn’t - spam text.

Message said "**** please accept apology for not getting this to you sooner" followed by a link, and it started with my name.. how do they know my name..

Received a text from this number saying I had paid $1500 for an E-CARD@INC* Pay_Pal_AU I didn't completely open text and hadn't paid that amount to anyone - on checking this site other's had commented "spam text" which was good to know..

Received a text from this number about an AMZ (amazon perhaps) purchase with a fake tracking number when I hadn't ordered anything. Most likely a spam number.
