They want you to say your name in your voice to legitimise for the banks- they already have your other details through a third party

scam. told me they were from Australian institute of research. told me they would ring back. I have blocked number.

I have had a few calls from this number so answered and said nothing. The line sounded bad and then I heard a person say 'Hello this is Richard and I am calling from the Australian Institute of Research"
As this came up as scam call on my phone I hung up. Not sure if it is legit, but it does not sound like it is.
