It is illegal to harass or intimidate debtors in any way shape or form and they know thus full well, and if reported can incur heavy fines. It needs to be reported.

It looks like this caller is a serial pest and doing illegal activities. I suspect they have been hacking phones to get contact numbers of people whom only certain people would know as they are confidential unlisted numbers and are not out in the public domain. They may also be hacking online emails. This may need to be referred to the police for further investigation as this is unethical and highly illegal. If you experience this, just tell them to not call again and hang up.

These wankers are f*ckinv useless. I had a debt bank told me to bankruptcy I didn’t because it’s too too less to file bankruptcy I offered them a min payment, they said they will come back but didn’t then after few months I went to bank to pay in full they told me to contact these guys I know what amount they buy debt ( because in reality these debt doesn’t exist) bank write this as bad debt and get taxpayer to pay for it then they also sell these debt, hang on if you have write off these debt and reduce your tax liability and also claim from insurance then selling to debt collection agency. So debt collectors wants the money that even don’t exist.light me up If I am wrong.
