Bogus text - your nab card is now locked. To unlock please update at security details at.......

Got a text message telling me my NAB card is locked and to unlock I needed to unlock my security details at "www.nabmobile.website". (a) that doesn't sound like an actual website and (b) I don't have a NAB card.

Fyshing for bank details, delete txt and don't open attachment.

trying to tell me my visa card is locked and to log into a website to sort it out. Not falling for it !!!!

I received a NAB-branded phishing SMS from this mobile number at 10:01am Friday 23/09/16. "We regret to inform you that your NAB card is now locked. To unlock please update security details at *URL*".

The SMS was immediately suspicious as I am not a NAB customer.

nab.com.au advises:

CURRENT WARNING
NAB is aware of fraudulent text (SMS) messages targeting customers informing them that their NAB Card has been locked. Please see an example of this SMS below.

The SMS directs recipients to click on a link to unlock their card. This leads to a fake NAB website asking for credit card and banking credentials.

Do not click on the link.

If you receive this type of SMS, forward to spoof @ nab.com.au and delete it.
If you've received an SMS of this type and have clicked on the link, please contact your local branch or call 13 22 65 immediately.

Appears to be a phishing attempt. Claims to be NAB when I don't have an NAB account.

Received a text stating that my (non-existant) NAB card had been locked and that I needed to update my details by clicking on a link.
