yeah i know what you mean mate there is so many scams on gumtree,i had an ad in there and some guy put my number on the internet and i got lots of people phoning me up all day about it ,it was a waste of my time.I do the same as you now only put my boardband phone number ,its better than giving your mobile out for everyone to steal and call you all hours of the day and night

This is my number,this is a boardband number ,you cant make calls from a boardband number only text messages from it,due to scams /calls,fake replys i get on gumtree average 30 a day im not going to give my mobile number out on the internet to have calls 24/7 that would drive someone nuts & crazy ,last time i put my mobile number on the internet on gumtree some guy put it on the internet making a fake add ..and to who made this comment you should read the add always put text me only /no calls/no emails ..maybe if you read the add and reply to what they ask in future you would not have a problem

this number is on Gumtree add but it seems to be a wrong number.Can't respond to it !
