Got a message from this number saying "You'll receive a call soon from a private number to arrange a Disability Medical Assessment for Disability Support Pension. Please do not reply to this message."

Got this same message the other day from number 0447 100 250.
If this was true I would've got a message from my.gov regarding it which I didn't get from centrelink at all. Obviously a scam.

It would seem that these are coming from SMS Global (www.smsglobal.com). If you're getting irrelevant SMSes from this number it will be because the businesses that are using it incorrectly have your mobile number against one of their customers in their systems.

Got 1 message from this number in regards to the outstanding payment of a gym membership. Got 2 same messages from another number but the number ends with 250. Never been to this gym and its not even close to where I live. So annoying. Contacted the number they gave me and its an education centre.
