(*hidden* *hidden*’s words) you need to tell the whole truth about YOUR shoddy work, how your used the cut and paste on your website and how you used the myriad of excuses for non-compliant works. Mr *hidden* nice to know you have enough money to pay solicitors to fight anyone who dares to exposes your shoddy work and lies. Take this as a warning *hidden* *hidden*, anymore lies and threatening words to my daughter or her family and I will quite happily take you to court for emotional damage and slander on behalf of my daughter and son-in-law's children. Unfortunately Mr *hidden* you are the one with the fines for impersonating a licenced plumber and builder, NOT my daughter. Pity you didn't complete or even attempt to finish the work you were contracted to do to a proper standard instead of the shoddy not even liveable standard you left her family with. I wonder whether your solicitor would hire you for renovation work. I certainly wouldn't. I wouldn't recommend you or your work to my worst enemy. Hopefully at some stage your constant lies will lead you to a jail sentence. Once again your shoddy work and lack of honest work ethics is the reason I entered this discussion and the sooner you grow up the better. You have the problem; STOP making your bad behaviour and YOUR poor work ethic everyone else's problem.

I used him and just found out hes not a plumber or builder after reading news and now pissed off. Need advice on what i should do and if i need to see a lawyer.

Justice has been served *hidden* will be charged for not taking down material related to this company. In court last Monday she was told off by the judge just like her husband the dweb called her! He is appears to be non professional in behaviour also appears to be a compulsory liar if you look at his advertisements in phone book and online as you may still have your bathroom unfit for use 12 months later. Beware of this man's work as he works under BUYER BEWARE ethics.

One persons bad luck and clearly not mentally stable should not reflect the fantastic job *hidden* *hidden* does. He's bathroom renovation has inspired friends and family to hire him. He is a lovely kind caring person who has helped us immensely. He renovated my elderly aunts bathroom for half the price for her as he has such a kind and wonderful heart. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is very clear on what services he provides but due to a particular past client who was a bit of an opportunist, he also let us know upfront the costs and we had a sign a contract which we really appreciated, that meant everything was above board. I feel for these tradesmen that people want to bring them down a after handshake agreements, and when they don't get what they want, they take advantage of these poor tradesmen, I believe *hidden* part of a movement of tradesman that are getting legal advice to deal with opportunist, good on him!! They need to get a life and look after their own health if you get my drift hahaha . He is a lovely warm caring person who will look after your needs go for it !!!

The person who currently owns this phone, Mr T. *hidden* is the owner of T.A.R Property Maintenance and http://www.bathroomrenovators.com.au Please be careful when you hire this person as currently at 10 May 2014, he is not and has never been a plumber as per his advertisements and he is not and has not been a registered building practitioner as legally required in Victoria for works over $5000 and EVERYONE knows that bathroom renovations cost more than $5000 considering the labour and materials alone. He does not have the required insurances and his guarantees are worthless as the Victorian Building Authority cannot make him come back and fix is non compliant illegal dodgy work. If you have had work (especially any work conducted by *hidden*, especially any plumbing work which is regulated in Victoria and requires a registration and license, please contact the Victorian Building Authority and make a complaint). It is important that you ask to see a license and registration when hiring a person so that you do not end up with an illegal renovation and chasing up money taken fraudulently. Trust me, hindsight is a wonderful thing.
