This is the "you had an accident recently" scam. I don't actually know what they want but considering I haven't had a car for 2 years, I asked when I had the alleged accident. She said within the last 12 -18 months. When I replied with that's impossible and this is a scam call, she said "have I asked you for any personal details, have I asked you for money? You're an idiot!" and hung up. Fun times on the scammers
