Same happened to me. I rang the NDIS and the call centre consultant followed up straightaway with a supervisor and it is legit. I was directed to this link: https://www.ndis.gov.au/news/measuring-outcomes.html

Caller: Survey caller (he said) Said he was doing a survey for the NDIS, but when we called the NDIS, they told us they weren't conducting any surveys. Very odd. 🤔
