This number is appearing in my mobile phone as a missed call. I have called the number back but blocked. This is strange.

Caller: Phil from custodian

Rude, didn’t let me get a word in to end the call, insisting I listen as it’s not a sale call, at the end I had to raise my voice to speak over him, then hung up.

Thank you all for your comments and for this service. This is why I do not answer any unknown callers with or without a number!
