I would go to the SURFERS PARADISE POLICE STATION and make a NEW STATEMENT as he has NOW BEEN CHARGED and it is being HANDED up to the DISTRICT COURT

THERE are MORE WOMAN and UNDER AGED GIRLS that he HAS Done this TO!!!

Garry was res mgr also club surfers 2 yrs recently . Thank goodness left early this yr & is an assoc/friend of Greg Grafitsis from beachcomber. Myself & other females intimidated harassed by him constantly. Went to police southport female officer said they were aware of him asked to fill out statement with complaints info. Done -4 pages - copy given to OFT also will h info on Garry. Returned to police stn & male officer adv me they can't do anything or follow up unfortunately as my word against his - told he wld destroy onsite footage if it involved himself etc. Garry went so far as to poison my personal balcony plants (did have photo evidence of same) no one wld do anything incl archers bc mgt GC. I own 3 units on complex. My 2 yo grandson used to visit me & eat strawberries off one plant - no one believed insanity of this person when I spoke up cept for a few other female residents who were harrassed by Garry. Karma garry did get sacked jan 2015 then weaselled his way back in to assist new mgt rights owner. Besides all day his Garry very dishonest & liar as well. I also did have phone video footage of this aggressiveness nature. Moved on & destroyed ugliness & evidence when he left. Would assist anyone with h info if rqd.

I have solicitors working on your comments now and when we trace the source it will be you facing the court.
I can be a Manager of a building as I am licensed and as such have to undergo a full police check annually.
If these charges dating back to 2014 as you suggest are in fact true then I would not have the license to operate.
