It was a sms claiming a unususual credit card activity and to click on a link to block that. The link indicated a particular bank with which I have no credit card. Did not bother to follow the instruction.Sent a screenshot to my contact at that bank to alert their bank internally at least.
Obviously a scam.

Caller: SMS at 3AM Scam. Don’t reply. Delete message.
It would be very difficult for me to confirm my credit card details if I don’t have any accounts with bank claiming to be sending the message.
Surely a police matter. The phone number is clearly revealled in the message.

It has to be a scam. I do not and never have banked with ANZ. Also a bank would not threaten to “block it” in those terms.

Caller: scammers Got the message: "Unusual credit card activity is noted..." They didn't include my name, and the link appears to have ANZ in the address. Not clicking it to find out though.

Scam.
I wonder how they got my details. The only suspicious source i can think of is a website claiming to give you mystery shopper jobs. They should be penalised

Seems like a Scam to get your bank password, they say that there has been unusual activity on your credit card, then there is a link to 'Load Preview' of manager-security. Don't click on Links!
