This could be a scam.

Scam text message regarding false deliveries with a dodgy web link.

Scam text message asking to confirm personal data with link to "reactivation support services" at ANZ.

Scam text message noting unusual credit card activity and asking to confirm personal data otherwise they will be forced to block it. Link to "reactivation security support" at ANZ.

Received same scam text on 26 Nov 18 asking for personal details.

I received the same message but from CBA (Commonwealth Bank) which I don't even belong to!
