I am sorry Jim, but there is no such legal phrase as "deformation" that is to un form something. What you mean is defamation where you defame someone. Comments are allowed by anyone who you annoy. Also, as no names have been mentioned, I cannot see how anyone was defamed.

If you don't want negative comments, when someone says not interested, how about you stop calling them.

It is illegal to impersonate a police officer or someone with the police.

this is an outbound number called from a legitimate publishing company chasing support adds for aipol, response journal etc. if u actually googled the aipol or response its a legitimate associations involved within the Australia police and ambulance. Deformation cases will proceed if comments are not withdrawn.

This guy said the local police department were putting together a business directory and wanted me to pay to advertise my business.

I've had this guy call me from two different numbers in the past 2 days. Said his name was Phil Richards & was with SAPOL & the Federal Police and looking for my services for their police journal. Glad I found this site. This started ever since I listed my business on True Local & Sensis.
