Interestingly, they didn't use my name, but used an old nickname I generally don't use these days. I suspect they've been able to access some old information from somewhere.

Anyway, I rang the number and left a message asking them to call me back to clarify what the item is.

I'll keep you posted, but I don't expect they'll take the bait, sadly 😉

Definitely a scam.

"We have attempted to deliver ur package UPS016448296GB, but there is an unpaid customs charge. Follow the instructions here: http://bit.do/fK8PF"

I haven't bought anything from overseas, not I'm expecting anything from a foreign country. Scam obviously. A serious company would include its name and not abbreviate words. Good try! Hope other innocent people don't fall for it...
