I received a text from this number about a parcel (with tracking number supplied) sitting in a distribution centre in Melbourne requiring me to follow a link and to pay $3.30 owing on delivery. Didn't make sense, so I deleted it. I see that another person has posted a different number with the same message.

I received the same message supposedly from Australia Post asking for $3.30 to deliver parcel. I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered that I ordered through d*ck Smith. Have complained to Scamwatch and d*ckSmith.

caller left message/ Warning,Personal info: Status exposed- To avoid identity theft immediate Action is required>> Then supplies a link.

This is obviously a scam trying to get your identity
