I called back number 0431 408 284 was put on hold music but no one answered the call.

I didn’t answer call, they didn’t leave a message.

rang number back.. had music playing before some answered: " hello Joe speaking".. I don't know the number, and don't know who this person was.. could hear a lot of background noise as well.

Didn’t recognise the number so didn’t answer it, they didn’t leave a message. Most likely a sales call for something useless.
