Have received 2 calls within 1 month from 0431 034 240 machine talking and claiming to be from Home Affairs and that my identity has been used in the illegal activities and that I'm under an arrest warrant. To press 1 now to speak to an agent. Waited 7 mins while on hold (with recorded message updating constantly that 'your call is important to us, you'll be with you shortly'. After 7-minute wait, "GOOD BYE" and call cut off. I tried ringing the number back 0431034240 - not available and to leave a message. I tried to ring Home Affairs on 131881 to find out, but the lines were so busy and got a recorded message to ring back other days.
