To press 1 now to speak to an agent. Waited 7 mins while on hold (with recorded message updating constantly that 'your call is important to us, you'll be with you shortly'. After 7-minute wait, "GOOD BYE" and call cut off. I tried ringing the number back 0431 034 240 - not available and to leave a message.
I tried to ring Home Affairs on 131881 to find out, but the lines were so busy and got a recorded message to ring back other days.
