Scam charity saying we need to pay for our ad in a magazine that there is no website for. Sometimes they are also Police Safety Magazine or Surf Safety Magazine.

Yeah same magazine scam sh*t show as last year. Steer clear

Same as above. Sound so professional, but their story falls apart under questioning.

I've had mega harassments from this mob in the past. Their usual trick is to say "we're just following up on a call and you promised, after our last call, to put a mag in our magazine, called [fillintheblanks Safety Magazine]. The name changes all the time. Keep far far away from this mob of gangsters as all they'll do is empty your wallet. I am amazed people like ASIC let them operate. Also be aware, there are a few unscrupulous Magazine operators (all in Aus) that operate the same way. They will also keep ringing from different Mobile numbers.
