Caller: Smart switch Operator was arrogant , I tried to explain that calling a week before Christmas wasn’t the best time because I’m very busy and he had a patronising tone . Kept saying he didn’t want to sell me anything but he knew which health fund I currently have. I had to hang up in the end.

Caller: Danica Left voice message saying "It's Danica and I'm the personal assistance of Brett Gorman He's the owner of Prestige PG it's EG" - then the message got cut off. I won't be returning the call. :)

Caller: Smart Switch I've had 6 calls from different numbers (twice in one day from the same person) - Each time they call, I advise I'm pregnant and therefore won't be changing my insurance any time soon, ask to be taken off their register and block their number. Another call today from another number - 0401 005 463 - same thing. Told them I've now asked 6 times to be taken off their call register and advise I cannot change as I am pregnant. Everyone who has called me has been arrogant and rude!
I have also tried to look them up and make a compliant - cannot find any information about them!

Caller: Luke - Smart Switch He was asking if I had private health insurance - i didn't want to continue the call so had to hang up, he was calling from a call centre (I could hear lot of other talking in background)
