Be careful,
This number is referenced to a 55c fee for a SMS for "debits with BlackwoodComm". 55c was deducted from my bank account today. When I called this number a message came up that said that it was disconnected.

I also received this msg today (5th August) 2015 and previously on July 7th. I will check my bank account tonight to see if funds are being deducted.
