The visit to the Endodontist was very successful and the tooth was saved. Very convenient to be able to get Hicaps on the spot and receive HBF refund instead of having to visit during Business Hours to make claim. A great service.

It is very convienient to have the transaction completed on the spot, but I do have a query over the amount of the refund which I receive when a friend who has only extras cover appears to receive more. Is there any difference if we attend different dentists?
