Said my repaired phone was ready for pick up even though I already exchanged the phone... Weird and must be a scam I'd say

My mobile has been sent in for repair and this was a Telstra Update on what was happening with it.

i also received the same message, multiple times. rang the number it was disconnected.

That's what I received. It's most likely a scam. I rang the number and it was disconnected.

I received a text from this number asking me the following:
Message from Telstra Repair Centre, we are unable to proceed with your fault resolution due to the security feature, please deactivate at: www.icloud.com

Has anyone else received this? Is it genuine? the number has no results when I typr it into "reverseaustralia" search.
