Hi (my name) your security password is xxxx. This is the second time I’ve received this message. From another number too which I replied to as I thought it was a work colleague with my security login for entry.

Message saying my rent is overdue. I don't rent. They have sent several messages all with different numbers. Says it is from DF Johnson and not to reply to the message. Very annoying.

Got a text from this number. Starting with my Name and stating that my invoice is due. Either call 0405 103 613 or send them my email address for a copy.

It said it was Dr Woods confirming an appointment for May 3rd. I have no idea of an appointment then as I’m working that day. Bloody scammers for sure!

I received an email mentioning that to make my application for comm bank secure to update the details. I suspected a spam message. https://comm-ec070.web.app. I used the same link in google, and my virus guard blocked it.

Received a txt claiming i was to revceive a $750 covid economic stimulus payment from centerlink. Very convincing link attached. Went to claim and it wanted bank logon details. Suspect phishing scam

Informed me my water rates were overdue & must be paid by a certain date into the account stated here-in. Funny thing is I live on a property that uses tank & bore water. Interesting!

tried to tell me they were Sarina Russo and wanted to know if I'd started work recently work centrelink has contacted them to take me off their books

This person works for BURKE AND SMYTHE REAL ESTATE IN TAMWORTH NSW. They hassled me also via SMS. I tried calling back. No answer. I tried messaging. No answer. Whoever it is obviously works in the rental department, but being a typically rude, arrogant turd, they'll climb the ladder quickly no doubt.

Saying my rent is in arrears (true by 3 days) and that I must pay or will have to pay fine of $274.32 unless I pay today. I can't pay for another 3 days. Signed off with the name of my Real Estate Agent, but I don't think it's them. Number is switched off when I try to call.

These people keep ringing and texting me claiming to be PR or PH Property Management. They tell me my rent is overdue or I have a pest control problem (mice). Sometimes a young guy rings claiming I called them about plumbing or hot water. Do not click on the links they send. I called both their numbers and they are turned off.
