Didn’t speak then hung up

Called twice within 10 mins... when I called back, diverted straight to this message.

“Due to service difficulties, we are unable to connect your call at this moment. Please try again later”

I answered. Mans voice With Indian accent said ‘Hello’ and the he hung up

Keeps on ringing - no message, when you ring back no one answers - me thinks it is a scammer !!

Received call twice with an hour interval. First one hang up. Second one connected and someone started talk straight away, she did not even know who she is talking to. She just said that the owner of the phone number has right discount on Power bill. I asked the name on the Power account, she did not even know that. I have been receiving such a call 4-5 times a month. Annoying

Called me asking who I was and why I called??? I never called this number at all?
Then they proceeded to ask for my name which I declined and hung up.
Don’t answer this number seems like a scam.
