I rang back the number 0425 561 731 once but got disconnected

0425 561 731. Recording beep as I answered. Philippine operator knew my name. Asked for 'the owner' Hung up.
8pm in evening.

Have been harassed by calls like this for last 2 week or so... ironically after I entered a shell fuel competition ...

Called no message left

Called me from mobile 0425 561 731. Asked for my mother who has been deceased for well over 20 years and never affiliated with my current mobile number. She was selling solar panels and discussing government rebates. I was a little shocked still at how they had my mother’s name and my mobile so told them I wasn’t interested and hung up quickly.

Picked the call but just hang up. Must be a spam

An Indian operator telling you that you will receive $4000 from the gov’t. When I asked her from what gov’t department are you affiliated she was avoiding the question then hanged up the phone.

Just as I answered, I heard a beep like an answering machine. Annoyed at myself as I blurted out my name. Seems a bit dodgy.
