Answered Call but no-one there. Called back but no answer.

Had exactly the same experience as "Lee" above... a lady with an English accent told me that I had filled out a questionnaire in August and was now eligible to win an android tablet from Wealth Build if I answered a few questions. Utter, utter BS..... so I told her so and hung up. Tried calling back on the number several times and it immediately disconnects.

I received a call from this number 0424 743 472 today. Girl said she was from Wealth Builder. I said " I'm working night shift so cut to the chase" She hung up. I tried her about 4 times each time she hangs up. I work nights so I'm going to check how she like a random call at 3am

Any number you don't know, don't answer, and if you do answer, don't say hello or even cough because it's then counted as a call to the nuisance caller. If you dont make a noise of any kind then they don't get the benefit. Make sure all your numbers have a name to them so you can see who is calling and for a wall phone simply don't answer it because if they know you they will ring your mobile.

These phone calls are annoying - number 0424 743 728. Been receiving it constantly - picked up the phone but no one is talking on the other side; called back and they must keep pressing end. This is beyond ridiculous! HELP - how / who can I report this to?

Stupid me thought I was ticking the box to say I didn't want my details to be sold to third parties for promotions etc on a recent survey. Stupid - the wording was so tricky that I was actually giving permission. Within an hour I received spam emails from 50 different companies AND phone calls from this number. I just don't answer it. Sometimes I answer and hang up straight away so it costs them the price of a phone call.

Have had this number blocked for about 2 years, started calling again since yesterday (15/Nov/2016) and today, decided to tell them that their number has been blocked and told them in no uncertain terms to hmm... off !

Simply have your numbers directed to a 1800 number then back to you and you instantly have the list of silent number harassers. Costs a few $ for proof & peace from this type of situation. 3 year jail terms recently implemented for using carrier services to stalk, intimidate and harass. Keep a diary of any harassment.

IP are always logged and kept permanently so any emails sent, any social media harassment is always easy to obtain when wanted.
If they are using their friends to also ring , harass, stalk ... you are dealing with a very worrying situation of an extreme level that will probably not go away on its own. And you may be in extreme danger for it is far from normal behaviour.

Received call from this number at 9.30am Tues 21 June 2016, stayed quite and then hung up. when rang number says reached message bank.

I have received them from various 0424 numbers most recently last night and just now of 0424 741 454 and 0424 743 472 but there has been other ones. They just hang up so painful !!

Anyone reported this number to the police?

Just got one of these from 0424 743 242, which didn't register on the initial check. This guy was very smooth and I could have sworn he sounded like a radio announcer.

Same story, received a call from a female this morning stating that she was from Wealth Build and that I had entered a competition for a $1,000 grocery voucher from what I understood, said I probably do not remember it as it was a while ago. I definitely didn't enter any competitions. She continued on to tell me that I did't win but have qualified for a free android tablet. Ended the call there and blocked the number.
