They say they have been looking for me for many years wanting to know where i have lived over the last 16 yrs and say i owe telstra over $1600 and want me to pay them off as i was paying this through a recoveries court about 18 mths ago and now impact want me to pay them and say that telstra have authorised for them to recover what i owe before it goes on my credit rating Not sure weather to trust or not. If they are legit then they are extremely unprofessional!!

They call but don't leave a message, & hang up when I call back.

Keeps calling, but only a couple of ring's. For someone to call me this often, you would think it would qualify for the need to leave a message so I know who to get back to. If I don't rate enough for that small bit of professionalism and courtesy, they sure aren't going to get a return call from me!!

I am being constantly called by these people. They claim I owe more than two thousand dollars on an iphone account.

I have never had an iphone and the address attached to the alleged bill is one I have never lived at.

Impact is now asking me to send proof of my ID to them along with a stat dec and or police report. No way am I emailing off my personal details.

A Telstra representative told me to ignore the calls as the bill details are wrong and the debt collection calls are likely a scam.

Has anyone actually been taken to court by them ?

So far i have about 10 diffetent numbers they try and call me on. So sad that with all the technology in the world i cannot block calls on my lg mobile. Makers of phones do this on purpose to satisfy providers to make more profit. Scumbags. Watchdog needs to take action

Calls and hangs up before I can answer, does not leave a message,
I get that some people avoid debt collectors but this behavior must only add to the number of people that avoid and ignore them.

sorry but this number 0424 511 900 just called again today and dont leave any message and they wont give up getting sick and tired of them calling day in and day out not interested in who they are or what they claim they only want to collect outing standing money they say i owe telstra

0424 511 900 keeping ringing my mobile number which is not listed and they dont leave a message but trying to say i owe telstra over $1600 for a phone bill and want to know where i lived when i was in Victoria and say they have been trying to track me down for several years now . is there anyway we can stop this company ringing people

They wont give up they keep ringing me from this number 0424 511 900. They fontbleave a message or their name at. Getting sick of them ringing my mobile all the time as my mobile is a new numbet and isnt listed

They sent txt msgs all day while I was unable to answer. Didn't leave any voice msgs though. Sent me payment details to pay them instead of Telstra. Not sure weather to trust or not. If they are legit then they are extremely unprofessional!!

It's Impact Financial Services. They buy small debts of Energy Australia and the like and try to collect the money.

Just got a call from this number for the second time today but whenever I answer they hang up.

Yes I have had calls from them as well. I refuse to discuss anything with them as I didn't make the call. But aside from that Phoenix it is possible that your number once belonged to some else.

I get random calls from them too! Usually I don't answer them and I just hang up but I thought I would call them back (just to satisfy my curiosity I guess) and apparently they're called Impact Financial Services. Here's the website: http://www.impactfs.com.au/
And they're debt collectors? What the hell? I'm only 18 and I'm pretty freaking sure I don't have any debts to any organisation or business. Smh. Sorry about the long post but perhaps someone must have put down my number by accident.

This number just called me and hung up after only 2 rings so I didn't have a chance to answer.

I just got a call from the same number did not give me time to answer it either
