I believe this is scam call to make you ring them back they (mans voice ) being very careful with pronunciation... like asian trying to sound caucasian... Shraize Hire... rang my cell phone ... just said my name and please ring me... I have not tried to hire anything and when looking this number up and IP it said Taiwan.... Dont ring this number or ring or answer this number.. it is ID theft as they knew my name.... or other scam... They called my cell phone .. beware.
