Spam - telemarketer from Aussie Protect. No message on my phone and called back to get recorded message

The way to get back at them is to keep calling them! As soon as the phone rings, create a conference call and add as many times as you can! They were baffled as to why they were talking to each other - and the bedt part, you get them talking using their REAL NAMES!! It lasted about 20 minutes until they disconnected all their numbers and went into lockout! This is not only fun, but they will think twice about calling again if you let them know you will keep doing it unless they stop

Ring me asking if I had life insurance etc quickly blocked the number

Suss number-I answered said hello 3 times no reply they hung up. I called back to a message recording from "aussie protect" in recording it said to opt out of marketing email optout @ aussieprotect.com.au with phone number in subject line I did this only for the email to bounce back.

Best idea don’t answer unknown numbers. Genuine people will leave a message or contact you some way other way!

The call me a few times every week, I continue to block them but they always ring on a different number so over the B.S. There should be a way to permanently BLOCK these idiots as these calls are nothing but Harassment!!!

same phone number rang my wife and when she answered it did nothing so she hung up. I rang them and it said to email to stop. sounds like a scam or similar.

I lodged a formal complain on the ACMA website for a marketing call when my number is on the Do Not Call Register. hopefully that will cop them a fine.

Trying to sell health insurance. Alleged they got the number from Aussie Gift Card, then white pages then list brokers.

My number is on the do not call register. She tells me that it doesn't matter as they are not selling anything.

This call comes through from a person identifying themselves as Aussie Protect - they were demanding to know if we had health insurance. I said this call is completely unsolicited and refused to speak to them. Definitely harassment using various methods and numbers.

Called me twice today from two different numbers. Reported to the ACMA as per someone else's advice. I'm on the Do Not Call Register so they should not be calling me. Hopefully they get a fine or at least have a sh*t day explaining themselves.

I’ve been getting these calls for a few years. They’re not particular about what time of day they call. Various accents but most have been British. Previously called ‘Easy Switch’.

They call from various mobile numbers and Landlines. Have blocked 25 numbers so far. This includes Wine Group and Connect Green all unsolicited spamming Nuisance Callers

They never leave me alone new number every time , call late at night on weekends no respect, they have to be a scam even proper call centres aren’t as low as this and don’t keep changing their numbers, that says dodgy straight away

called from 0485 815 485 asking if I was happy with my private health insurance. When I asked for their co name told me Aussie Protect. I said I didn't want whatever it was they are selling. Female stated their service was free and 'don't you want to see if I can save you money on your private health insurance'.
