Get theses phone calls every week, claim to be volunteer rescue magazine or someone else. looking to confirm a payment for advertisement that I never signed up for. Do not answer it's a scam

Just received a call from a man on this number - he said he was calling from "Volunteer Rescue Magazine" to confirm my online advertising details. When I advised that I've never heard of them and did not agree to advertise with them he said "I would have received a call from the Girls back in January offering 12 months of online advertising" which I most certainly did not, I was overseas for a majority of January!

we donated to PCYC booklet last year and since then we are receiving calls "apparently" from other emergency services demanding they have printed a booklet and with our business ad and we need to pay, when husband says no I didn't talk to you they continue with the bullsh*t and hang up. I have tried to ring the number several times to serve them but they don't answer.
