Caller: Claimed he was from volunteer fire services

Claims he was from Volunteer Fire Services selling raffle tickets to raise funds. Told him if they were selling tickets I’d buy them online. Didn’t sound legitimate.

Called then number back and got a recorded message from the NSW rural fire service wanting to sell tickets in their recent fundraiser.

Hang up just before answering machine kicks in. At least 2nd call.

He called me in the Sat morning asked me if I am over 18. Then I asked who he was, he hung up.

Have blocked number reckon is a scam as when i answered call hung up
