The gentleman from Peake has just finished installing my 50 inch TV after the aerial socket had broken. This is the second time for a brand new Panasonic TV which I purchased in Novemeber 2014. The first time I was referred by Panasonic to Above Electronics who eventually fixed it with a lot of dramas and cost me $700, I was in shock but what can you do when you think it is covered under warranty, no it is not. The second time I contacted Peake and I cannot express how fantastic the Customer Service, price and a quality job ... and the cost was only $160 inclusive with no dramas and had the TV back in two days as opposed to the other mob, three weeks. Please support this very small business. I will be certainly letting everyone I can on the great service.
