When you receive emails from a "professional" technician who has conducted work and invoiced for apparently the incorrect amount. This email is so unprofessional by any means. I would no longer recommend this technician for any repairs:

To even find out what was wrong with this machine it needed to be pulled apart to see what was happening inside, once I found the problem there was no easy fix with no parts and a cheaply made product.
So if nothing else you have made up my mind not to do warrenty work for your type of organisation that put out crap then ask for a repair then dont pay when you just cant polish a turd.
