Community health appointment reminder

This number has texted me on different dates claiming to be from different companies, and asking me to click on a link or to reply by text. 1st message claiming to be from a dietitian with an appointment reminder to click on, 2nd message was click to become a counsellor and get 7k off the cost, the third one claiming to be from MotorOne asking me to send photos of the car damage with 3 separate photo's all individually, so they can carry out a virtual assessment. How can so many different people/companies be using the same mobile? Clearly a scam, no other rational reason for it. Hopefully someone on here may have an answer.

Clearly spam. Uses my name, and gives me a 4-digit security code. No links though.

*I am already fully vaccinated so thought it was spam or they got the wrong number, came here to check and yep it is spam.

received a text stating "thanks for visiting our store on 25th may 11:37am what did you think of the experience" thing is 11:37AM on may 25 aint for another hour or so & a dodgy link to some site ofcourse

Received a text from ASQA Survey about completing a survey for my training provider with a link to a website...thing is, I haven't done any training!
