Caller: Unhappy customer

Wouldn’t go through this god awful business. Was asked to come and replace my washing machine, sent an invoice for the job several days before he even called me to organise a time, and then when I told him the only time I was available (Friday at 3:30) he said I’ll just have to wait til whenever I have a day off nc he refuses to be in the area after 4 pm. Apparently it take to long for the poor guy to get home
