Definitely a SCAM!!!
Below is the message I received on my mobile: "Hi, HSBC here. To get the PIN for your Debit Card ending in 7095, reply with 02 and your Date of Birth in the format 02DDMMYY within a week. hsbc.com.au/pin"
I clicked on the link, they really copied HSBC website so well to fool people and how he gets my Debit Card no. is beyond me!
