Same as Westpac. Got on my mobile phone. "Suspicious account activity. Additional verification is required. https://account-activation-Westpac.com/cgi" When I enter the link from my PC, the link is not valid. "Can not reach this page" so I think the page is fake. Also, if this is from Westpac, it should be from Australian domain .au. Thanks for this website moderator. It helped others not to be scammed.
