"TPG: Our record shows your current address starts with (address). Reply YES if this is accurate. Reply NO if a correction is needed."

I have got texts from TPG using another number (every time I get a topup) which is legitimate, but this seems dodgy. This text mentioned my address as "(x) st"(notice no caps) which leads me to believe its just someone after my info.
Let me know if this has happened to anyone else here
Number appeared as 0416 907 325

I just rang TPG through their usual customer service line, and I was informed it was a legitimate text - they are apparently changing from optus to vodaphone and need the address to send an offer out

Yep, same here a few hours ago. Am NOT replying. Looks too much like a phishing scam.

TPG already have my address as part of the sign up process. I'm betting replying with "yes" will sell your number to a bunch of external advertising companies. This happened to me when I was with Optus. Don't give out further details, it's not necessary.

just got a message claiming to be TPG asking me to verify my address. The address is correct by TPG always send my invoices etc. via email so I would've thought they would email me to verify my address. I am ignoring this text and not responding

Same thing, Message from TPG: "TPG: Our record shows your current address starts with (address). Reply YES if this is accurate. Reply NO if a correction is needed."

My address is included but one letter is missing at the end, prompting me to reply.

Maybe Nigerian scam type of thing...
