Caller: 'Insurance Agency'

Called regarding an 'accident' i had earlier in the year and i was eligible for injury claim.
Wasn't able to provide any details and then said it was an accident where either I was at fault or the other driver was at fault. ??? laughed and told him i didn't believe him and he hung up.
