As At MONDAY 04.12.2017 {4th December 2017} - This Mobile Phone Number - 0415 641 483 {0415 641 483 – a VODAFONE Mobile Number –& Possibly Originating From ACT - CANBERRA Australia} is operated by a CRIMINAL Who is committing fraudulent and scamming 'Personal Identity Theft' - TEXT MESSAGE at 12:29pm Monday 4th December 2017 states "Your mobile number has been awarded $3 million USD from Powerball Christmas Promo. Kindly email Ray on claims @ powerballoffices.com for claims. Send Name, Cell,add". This CRIMINAL Has Without my Legal Consent and Without my Legal Authority stolen my Private and Personal Contact Details from somewhere and then Used my private and personal contact number to begin CRIMES - Including PERSONAL IDENTITY THEFT and More. DELETE and BLOCK This NUMBER

Powerball SCAMMER telling you, that you won 3million in powerball. It asks you to email (ray @ powerball offices.com) with name, address and mobile. Number belongs to Vodafone, somewhere in Canberra. BEWARE OF IDENTITY FRAUD.

Powerball christmas promo scam. Offers 3 Million dollars US then asks you to email a link which then asks for personal details. Looks like this has been going on around australia for several weeks from different mobile nos.
Suggest you tell Ray where to put his powerballs....
