Caller: First Energy

Indian Lady from First Energy claiming to be offering a 25% discount on energy.
Was hard to understand and got angry when I said no thanks.

Cannot speak English clearly. I clearly told them I was not interested but then they called back using a different number. Persistent and rude considering I had stated clearly that I was not interested earlier. this kind of calling is harassment and should be illegal.

I called back the number 0413 853 743 and reached vm that did not mention the company name
